Loan Documents
If you need a copy of one or more loan documents, after you submit your request in writing or on line - please allow 5-7 business days after receipt to process your request.
Lien Releases
Lien releases are processed within 30 days after a loan is paid in full or settled. All releases will be mailed directly to the county office for recording, unless notified otherwise in writing within 5 days of the loan payoff. A copy will be mailed to the borrower's address of record with Heritage Pacific Financial, so please contact us to make sure that Heritage Pacific Financial has your current mailing address on file.
Verification of Mortgage
All requests for verification of mortgage (VOM) and other loan information must be submitted in writing via postal mail or e-mail. All VOM and loan information requests from third parties must be in writing and must include a signed Borrower Authorization to Release Confidential Information Form. Please allow 10 business days from receipt for completion of your request.
Credit Disputes
If you need to question information in your credit report concerning your credit history with Heritage Pacific Financial, you must submit your request in writing or by email. Indicate the nature of your dispute, with specifics, and be sure to include backup documentation, such as the front and back copies of cancelled checks. Allow 30 days for us to research your claim and to respond accordingly. Please have your contact information included so we can reach you.
