May I have my payments automatically deducted from my checking or savings account?

Yes. We currently offer a free automatic payment plan for our customers. To enroll, call us toll free at 1 (877) 225-1097 and have your bank account and routing numbers available when you call. Please fax or email the form back on the information on the form.

Will funds be drafted from my account the same day they are received?

Any payments made before 5 p.m. Central Time (including mail and overnight payments) will generally post to your account within one to three days after they are received (excluding weekends and holidays). However, your bank may not debit the funds from your account for up to 48 business hours. Any payments made after 5 p.m. Central Time will post to your account the following business day (excluding weekends and holidays)

What is a short sale?

A sale of a house in which the proceeds fall short of what the owner still owes on the mortgage. Many lenders will agree to accept the proceeds of a short sale and forgive the rest of what is owed on the mortgage when the owner cannot make the mortgage payments. Is there a grace period for late payments?

Payments are required to be made by the due date listed on your account. Interest charges will accrue on the past due amount and be applied to your account each day, which increases the total amount you pay back on your contract.

May I skip a payment?

In accordance with your contact you must make your payments on time each month. If you believe you cannot make your scheduled monthly payment please contact our toll free number 1 (877) 225-1097 in advance so one of our representatives may assist you.

May I change my due date?

If your account is current you may request a due date change up to 7 days or by the end of the month the payment is due for.  Please note these changes are permanent – to make the change simply call one of our representatives at 1 (877) 225-1097.
